What is the Wishlist?

The Wishlist is a multi-fandom Christmas fanfiction fest. It is something that started very small and simple three years ago. The premise was simply to write twenty-four ficlets in response to twenty-four prompts, posted between 1 Dec and 24 Dec. Fandom gifts, if you will. Since then it's grown and changed a bit.

I have signed up to be a writer or artist and if you want to give me a prompt, please leave a comment on this entry.

Rules

- I accept the first 24 prompts I am given, regardless of who you are or if I know you.

- You give me characters/pairing, a fandom and a prompt. If you want art, please give me a fandom, story, or scene you would like me to create art for. Whatever you want, actually.

- If I don't know the fandom you're requesting, your prompt doesn't count. The fandoms I write in are:

Check my Masterlist on Dreamwidth. If I've written it before, I'll write it again. If your favorite fandom isn't on there, prompt it anyway. If I can't write it, you can prompt again with something else in a different fandom.

(yes, April, go ahead and prompt :P) - LMAO! I should throw you a curve ball and prompt something different. But you know, I just can't do that :p I love your Mentalist fic.

Surprise, surprise, your prompt is...

Mentalist, Lisbon/Jane, how much pain has cracked your soul? how much love would make you whole? - I totally just hit shuffle and Muse's "I Belong To You" came on. The song doesn't really scream them, but I thought those pieces of the lyrics could be something to work with. Also, you know I love the angst (dark!fic), so this in no way has to be happy.

(I'll probably put up my usual xmas request post here soon, so feel free to throw whatever you like at me since I tortured you with Mentalist again ;)

Pairing: Buffy Summers/Bruce Wayne
Setting: Post season 7, after Chosen for Buffy. Anytime for Batman
Prompt: Bruce is Gorgeous, flighty, self centered, makes her laugh when she'd forgotten how, never takes anything seriously, and his kisses make her forget to breath. They've been dating for 2 months a record for him. Batman is a controlling jerk, manipulative, brilliant, takes everything seriously, is utterly competent, and when he gets too close her knees get weak, and she can barely think. She's been wanting to kick his ass for 2 months now. Finding out he's really Bruce Wayne, and might be in love with her, has not decreased that feeling.

Sure! Never been in that fandom, but so long as I can Google some reference pictures I will draw it. But I am going to need a few more details than "Naughty" (and your name).

(Naughty how? Sexcapades? Bondage? Soft core porn? A gentle, youthful embrace of true love? Details! And any character details you find relevant.)

Castle/DCU: Castle, Beckett, and Batman (+ anyone else you'd like to include). When one of Beckett's cases has a similar MO to several in Gotham, Castle experiences his biggest fanboy moment to date when the Batman himself pays them a visit.

Most of my stories pair those two up and if you're willing, I'd love to just have a small banner with their pictures and "by anorienparker" somewhere on it that I could use for all my general Firefly fics. Boggiecat from LJ here. Please can I snaffle that 24th slot? Sorry, I should have done my prompt here in the first place. I'd like some art, for my journal, but I need to have a good think. I've had a look at your fanart and love the Mentalist pic! If it's okay with you, I'll have a think and let you know what I'd like... and see if you can help me out. It will be Sam/Dean, oldstyle is fine as I mainly write either weechesters or early in cannon. I need to think about style, words and so on if that's okay please. I'm not sure how I find out what size I need though....? Sorry to be dim, I have no art at all on my journal yet so yours would be the first.
